America's Next Top Model Cycle 22

Hello there!
After about 3 months, ANTM is back once again with another season of boys VS girls!

So yesterday was the runway for the cast of cycle 22 at Hollywood. And many were there to support their favorites! (How I wish I can just book a plane and fly there! LOL)

Tyra had her new pixie haircut and its oh so gorgeous!!! I think she can pull off any kind of hairstyle!!! Also, from the picture below, you can also see that Kelly Cutrone and Yutsai is once again back at the judging panel.

So anyways, here's a sneak peek of some of the semi finalists of this cycle strutting their stuff on the runway. Video credits to youtube.com/user/plantinghappiness

We have Miss J strutting her stuff on 3:57 and the contestants walking the runway at 5:30. And there's this guy (I think its Justin Kim, or is it Peter Park? He made a mistake by walking back instead of getting off the runway at 6:38. LOL! Kinda funny IMO)

Here are some of the semi finalists for this season. Which one are you rooting for? For me, my favorite would definitely be Shelbi, Abryanna, James, Michael and this Asian guy called Justin Kim. Cuz you rarely see any Asian on ANTM! Hahahah!

And if you guys remember at Cycle 21, there's this guy called Brandon which sorta make some nasty remarks for his audition clip previously. But this time round, he's back and now a semi finalist for the cast of Cycle 22. But will he make it to the top model house?

Now I'm really excited and I can't wait for the premiere to be up on TV.
Till the next post. Ciao~

ANTM Cycle 21 Episode 6

Hello there, its a brand new week of America's Next Top Model. So this week, it all began with Will coming back home raving about his own photo! :D

Ben came into the Tyra Suite however, thinking that how he could be in the Tyra Suite for 2 to 3 days and next he's out of it already. Wondering how he should work his way up to the pack again.

Next, Lenox was extremely worried as to how is she going to pull it off the next shoot with only 5 frames. But Matthew was nice enough to encourage and give her some word of advice.

Since Romeo was disqualified and he's out of the house, Mirjana, Denzel, Kari and Keith moved to the bottom room of the house and shared a room together. Calling it, their love suite.

XX

Next morning, the models arrive at the studio for their photoshoot. This week, they're shooting a avant-garde hair editorial, which not only will it be a still shoot but also in motion.

And so, because Mirjana's relationship with Denzel had been getting closer and closer week by week, everyone have also question Mirjana's feelings towards her boyfriend back at her hometown, and Mirjana say that she will probably just write a letter back to her boyfriend to tell her about the breakup between them. LOL?!

Most of the people over there were quite alright with their shoot, some were still slow at picking up things, like Adam, which is slowly progressing.

Ben on the other hand kept practicing in the mirror to make sure he know his poses and angles. But on set, he was one of those that struggled.

Meanwhile, Raelia and Shei werrrrrk like there's no tomorrow!!! Their motion shoot were awesome, but than the still shots are MEH!!!

With other models having ample of shots and Lenox only with 5 takes, it definitely builds up the stress in her. By her 3rd take, she walk off set and began crying. Kari and Shei were there to comfort her, and Yutsai came later as well, telling her that he is a huge supporter of Lenox and he want Lenox to pull it together!!!

Speaking of which, the rest of the models are not comfortable with Mirjana and Denzel acting so cuddly and close on and off set. Many of them also thought that Mirjana isn't focusing much on herself anymore.

So before the week comes to an end, Ben and Adam decided to write a song and sing it during panel, just to showcase that they're not only here to model but also to show the otherside of them.

NEXT UP!
There was a huge crowd at the living room, and there they were, Nina from cycle 20 and Yutsai right before them. They were told that they're gonna have a challenge to come out with a photo/campaign for Nick Cannon, where the winning photo will be able to use the image for Nick's ad for the headphone.

The models were then divided into teams. With Lenox, Adam and Ben as the team leader because they were in the bottom 3 last week.

Team Lenox: Lenox, Kari and Matthew
Team Ben: Ben, Shei, Keith, Will
Team Adam, Adam, Mirjana, Raelia, Denzel

After the challenge was over, the winning team of the challenge was Lenox. Somehow I feel that this challenge was pre-planned and Tyra wanted Lenox to win. Somehow. After that, the challenge score were released, with Team Lenox scoring a 10, Team Adam 9, and Team Ben, 8.

AT PANEL!
Ben and Adam sang the song that they have written and everyone enjoyed themselves. But back to the objective, Tyra told Ben that his motion/photo was wack, and its not on par with his singing capability.

Lenox manage to surprise everyone by getting first call out, with just 5 frames to getting that best photo! She also had the highest fan vote for that week too!!! #Team Lenox

Ben and Keith were the bottom 2 and Tyra told them that she did not expect the bottom 2 to be both of them as they both had gotten best photo before.

In the end, Ben was the one that was eliminated.

Now here's the scoreboard for this week and also episode 6 of ANTM Cycle 21

NEXT WEEK ON TOP MODEL!
Denzel had a conversation with Keith and so he happen to tell Keith that he want a Guy to win this cycle, but just not Will, making Will breaking down and cry. Somehow..

On the way back, Mirjana had an argument with Raelia. From my own opinion, I feel that Mirjana is getting very big headed, and soon, she will get herself sent home because of her bad attitude.

ANTM Cycle 21 Episode 4

Sorry for such a late update as I'm out the whole day today, so now lets get started with episode 4 of America's Next Top Model Cycle 21.

So it first began with the models returning to their house with Keith receiving a Tyra Mail, stating that there will be a Tyra Treat for him and Kari during their next photoshoot. Leaving them curious as to what it is.

After the fight between Matthew and Mirjana, their feelings towards each other has faded and thus, leading Mirjana jumping to another guy, Denzel. Flirting with one another and getting touchy as well. Making some of the models slightly disgusted by their actions.

At the photoshoot, Yutsai told them that they'll be doing a shoot that is of an optical illusion, where the models will be shooting it from an angle, which is not what it is seen to be. Some of them struggled, people like Romeo, Denzel, Kari, and Chantelle. Some of the models were pissed off at Romeo as they think that he is always full of himself, thinking that he is better than others.

Later when they head back to their house, they receive a box with a Tyra Mail in it, which tells them that they have a surprise makeover that awaits them. In the house there are hidden boxes with makeover looks inside it, and the 1 person that found the one that has a magic shears will get to know what his/her makeover look is.

As soon as they read and about this, they immediately all ran around the house looking for those hidden boxes. End up, it was Denzel who found the hidden box with the magic shear.

The next day, they arrived at Christophe Salon for their makeover. Tyra then told them each of their individual makeover. Turns out, Keith was the only one that didn't have any makeover, and he's staying as the way he is.

At the makeover, Chantelle sorta irritates Romeo, being overly arrogant, making Romeo wanting her to be sent home. Will got his makeover done, and somehow it makes Matthew thinks that he is "beautiful". LOL?!

On the other hand, Kari, who got platinum blonde as her makeover look, thinks that this was overly drastic, and she had never thought of going blonde for her makeover. It took her awhile to accept the look after much comfort from the people around her.

After their makeover, they went back to the house and started partying the night away. Drinking alcohol, dancing around the house, not forgetting flirting around as well...

Next morning, everyone was drunk and seen lying around the house. When some of them were preparing and washing up, the started talking about how Matthew kissed Will last night, so on and so forth.

End up, it seemed like a confrontation between some of the models with Matthew, on whether he is gay, or bisexual and how he kissed Will seemed like a big thing. They probably set this up to make this cycle a little more juicy and interesting, yes, no?!!

At panel this week, most of the models received positive feedback from the judges, accept for a few, namely Chantelle, Adam, Kari and Shei. Denzel was also told that he will be getting a Ty-Do-Over as the beard weave isn't how Tyra had expected to look like.

In the end, Ben got the most social media score, as well as the judges score, thus leading him to getting best photo this week. On the other hand, Chantelle and Kari were the bottom 2, and sadly, Chantelle was the one eliminated.
