Teenage Gorgeous You Café Trail
Last week, Teenage teams organized a cafe hopping session together with the Teenage Gorgeous You 2017 finalists. As we're waiting for everyone to arrive at the venue. The team drop a huge surprise challenge for us, and that is we need to shoot, film, and edit a video by the end of the cafe hopping session and submit it, and it be used as our video and instagram submission. To add on to the difficulty, we will be doing the challenge in pairs and I'm paired up with Tyler (@Tylomere). Good thing I paired with him because he's super easy to work with. We split up the workload with him taking/editing the photos while I shoot/edit the videos. And I must say we worked really well as a team. :)

Sinpopo Brand
When was the last time I really sat down and write about my visit to a café or a restaurant?!?! I decided to write about this particular one is because I really like the food and aesthetics about this café. How it came about was a few weeks before I visit this place, I was doing my duty in camp with one of my army mate whom I really considered as a REAL foodie. He loves exploring places in search of finding good food. So as we were resting I asked if he has any recommendation for good food for friends to hang out and chill. This was when he whipped out his phone and showed me some of the places via instagram and google (THANK YOU INTERNET) where he considered to have quite prominent food.

HaPpY MoOkAtA
Went for Mookata session with Noelle, Amanda and Damien, So happy that we still hangout eventhough CNOS have already ended months ago. Hahaha!
Never really tried Mookata but I've heard so much about it, so when Damien asked if anyone wanted to have Mookata together, I instantly agreed! Hahaha!

It is highly recommended to make a recservation! Damien made one in the morning, but the person sort of forgot I guess, but he still gave us priority la. So that made us feel slightly better...

Was told that we went to the wrong one, the more popz and well known one is at Golden Mile Complex, not tower. But oh wells. Lesson learnt!

They have a list of things for us to order, its like buffet style, just tick whatever you want and give the order to the cashier! You can order as much as you want, since its buffet style, but for drinks it will be charged accordingly.

The food finally arrived! I think the service is rather slow, but I can make-do with it la, just that, its really abit slow. :(
After the food is here, we just throw everything in, like we starved and didn't eat for days! LOLOLOL!

Overall, I find that the variety (FOR ME) is okay, but for Amanda she said we can get something better with the amount of price we paid for it. I'm okay because I'm not very anal when it comes to food, whatever can be eaten I just eat one! Hahaha!
But we definitely ate more than what we pay la! Just that the variety is not alot! :(

Took an individual shot with Amanda, Noelle, and Damien. We paid $26 each, so yea. Each of us ordered 2 drinks except Amanda, don't even know how she can tank! HAHAHA!
I think bring $30 should be more than enough (estimate)

Was looking for a good place to chill, relax and celebrate a friend's birthday, and so we came to d'Good Cafe, located at Holland Village. It's just a few walks away from the station itself.
Arrived at the cafe and it looks gorgeous! Okay la, I was rather "kiasu" because I've never been here before. The counter was a distance away from the area where we were seated.

I love how the cafe is designed, so simple and yet relaxing at the same time! Makes me feel like sleeping 3/4 of the time. Hahaha!

Then, the food finally arrived, actually, the waiting time for the food is not that long, prolly around 5 - 10 minutes???
Fresh Prawn Aglio Olio

Baked Chicken Alfredo

Seafood Pasta

We manage to get this really awesome seat where there's this swing for us to sit on while we're eating. But to be honest, its kinda difficult to eat while sitting on it, cuz.... its just difficult!!!

Then, after we're done eating our main dish, we ordered a small cake for the birthday girl! d'Good Cafe's signature cake! d'Good Triplet Cheesecake.

Le Birthday Girl! ^.^

After we had our fill, we then head to Vivo City to chill and catch up with one another, its been long since we went out together. I hope we can do this more often next time, with the rest of course! :D
Here are some aftermath pictures taken on that day. ^.^

Now ending this post with one last photo. Friends that I really treasure, friends that I never wanna lose. AHHH! I'm getting too emotional here! Alright, this sort of sums it up! Till then. :)
