Ramen Champion @ Great World City

Was invited over to the newly opened Ramen Champion at Great World City to try out the old and new ramen that they have over there.

First on the table was Okonomiyaki Gyoza with Bonito flakes. (5 pcs) $5.80
Not as salty as compared to the one at Bugis+. I personally prefer the gyozo without the bonito flakes though. Just my opinion though.

Mentaiko Gyoza (5 pcs) $5.80
Out of the 2 gyoza, I prefer this one!!! I love the mentaiko seasoning on top of the gyoza, it tastes different and slightly nicer than the okonomiyaki one.




Tori Karaage - $4.80
Chicken is my best friend, I can't live without chicken! Tori Karaage is one of my favorite at Ramen Champion! It is best served when hot, when you bite it, the juice just flows out of the chicken! Yumms! ♥

Sapporo Miso Special Ramen $14.80                        Special Tonkotsu Ramen $16.50

Out of the 4 ramen that I've tasted, my favorite would definitely be Sapporo Miso Special Ramen from Bishamon Zero. Maybe because I like eggs that are soft boiled rather than hard boiled. So yea!

I love the Sapporo Miso Special Ramen's miso soup, its so tasty not forgetting they added chilli by the side, so if you want it a tad more spicy you can just mix with it. 

Spicy Chicken (3 pcs) $5
I LOVE THIS! I can't stop eating it! It tastes uber awesome when you squeeze the lemon onto it. It will have a sour and yet spicy taste, its definitely worth the price paying for. I can't wait to head back to Ramen Champion to have this again! ^.^

Cloud & Cream @ Cathay Cineleisure Orchard

Somewhere in December last year, I went down to Could & Cream at Cineleisure to try out their ice cream. Not only that, it's not any other ice cream you see out there, their ice cream is made out of Liquid Nitrogen and its not harmful for the body because by the time you eat it, it's already melted! Hahaa!

Cloud & Cream is located at basement 1 right beside Best Fries Forever. You can easily spot it once you're coming down from the escalator at level 1.



Did I mention that Cloud & Cream serve their ice cream fresh? They will only start making your ice cream after you've ordered, not like any other ice cream shops where its already there when you haven't even decide on what to get.



Cloud & Cream offers 3 different flavors of ice cream, Chocolate Banana Cookie, Orange Vanilla, and Blueberry Cheesecake. Single scoop at $3.50, double scoop at $5.90

For me, I personally like the Orange Vanilla flavor, it tastes better for me as compared to the other 2 though.

PINK X RED

Ready to get my hair treatment done!

Josie was asking what color would I want to do, to touch up the previous green/yellow hair or do a new set of colors! Of course, to have more new colors and designs to show to my readers, I go for the latter.

I told Josie I wanted pink, like those cotton candy pink, but she said that if I want to do that color I would have to bleach my hair again, which gave me a second thought about it. Then she suggest, why not do cotton candy pink + hot pink and fire red???! I INSTANTLY AGREED! Hahaha!


She applied the pink color treatment over 3/4 of my hair and the fiery red at the fringe area, sort of like a gradient kind of thing you know?!!!




I told Josie that I need to trim my hair a little bit as it grows out SUPER FAST! Plus, my Dad keeps nagging on how long my hair is and yada yada yada!




I'M LOVING IT ALREADY!
I've posted photos of it on my Instagram and many of my friends told me its nice! Teehee!

Domino's Year End Appreciation Dinner

[17 December, Tuesday]

Went for Domino's Pizza Year End Appreciation Dinner, met some new and familiar faces over there. The event was like a year end gathering and also the prize presentation for Domino's Inter Blogger Competition. So happy that Dawn, Damien and Malcolm won the top 11! Hahaha!



The event was held at level 5 of SCAPE Treetop, and it looks like someone's getting married! Hahaha! Its quite grand leh for a Domino's Pizza event.



Mingled around and we were served with tons of food, there's Pizza (DUH), Chicken Crunch (MY FAV)! Onion Rings, and also their Golden Roasted Drummets.




THEN
It was the result/prize presentation of Domino's Pizza Inter Blogger's Competition Round 3. Dawn Twinnie's name was the first to be announced, I'm crying....(Tears of joy)



Then after that, Damien's name was announced, but sadly he is still on the plane back to Singapore from Bangkok so he couldn't make it, so Malcolm was there to collect on his behalf, then Malcolm's name was announced, and he went up stage to collect the prize again. The emcee asked: So are you Damien or Malcolm. LOLOLOL!!!

That was kinda awkward for him. Hahah!



Saving the grand prize winner for the last, we all know who the winner is, and its William, this is his 3rd consecutive win already. Hahaha!

This is my first time having talking to William, through this event I also got to know him better. Somemore he is very humble about his winning la, so yea. +Point!!!



Next, the winners get on stage for a group photo, and tadanggg. That marks the closure of Domino's Inter Blogger's Competition Round 3, and they're starting round 4 soon. I'm still thinking if I should join, it between the period of January to March, and I can order LOTS OF PIZZAS during Chinese New Year period. Hahah! Shall see.



After that, the bloggers mingled around, took pictures and had more food. The long awaited Lava Cake was also served. Teehee! LOVE THE LAVA CAKE! MAJOR ♥

Vellus Hair Studio

13th December, Thursday

Head on down to Vellus Hair Studio, located at Tanjong Pagar. I will list the details on how to get there at the later part of this post, meanwhile, here's what happened on my visit to Vellus Hair Studio.

Vellus hair Studio is located at 2nd level of one of the shop houses. Once you climb up the stairs you will find yourself here.



Discussed with Josie before on what kind of hair color should I do, and we both agreed on one, that is rarely seen around in Singapore.

There's a waiting area for customers to seat while waiting for their turn, there's also magazines to keep you occupied! :D

 
Then here is the hallway where it leads to the private rooms, where you will get to enjoy your own personal space while getting your hair done! :D



Here's me waiting at the seating area for my turn, cuz I'm super enthu and end up going there 30mins early! Hahaha!



 
After Josie is done with the customer before me, she then bring me to the private room, where I CAN HAZ EVERYTHING TO MYSEFL! MUAHAHAHAHA!

OHYAH! Did I mention that the chair is adjustable to your liking?! Now you can have your hair done in your own private room and also to your own comfort! Its like living the life of a TaiTai!!!



At Vellus hair Studio, they also offer drinks as well, ranging from Mocha, Coke, Tea and etc. I choose coke cuz... I'm a fan of Coke okay!!! Haha!



First, to get the color that I'm doing, I would need to bleach my hair, Josie applied the Chemical Scalp Protection on my scalp so that I when she's bleaching my hair, it won't sting so much.



Here's after round 1 of bleaching! There's still a bit of red dye on my hair that refuses to come off, so Josie went on to bleach my hair for the 2nd time.



After 2nd round of bleaching there's still some red color on corners of my hair, just a slight info, if your hair color is red, it will be slightly more harder to bleach it off cuz.... Red is a strong color.

But Josie was thoughtful enough, cuz if I were to continue bleaching my whole head, my hair will fall off, so she just bleach those part with the red dye.

  

TADAH! AFTER MY HAIR IS DONE BLEACHING! ♥

AHHHHH! How I miss my blonde hair! Followed next, Josie applied the color that is going to be on my hair! YAY!
Josie really put all her effort into doing my hair lor! She's like so focused and all.



Looking at the colors is a bit intimidating, cuz I've never done such striking colors before. Hahaha! But I'm really excited to see the final outcome of my hair! ^.^

Really love the gradient of my hair! At first look I'm not really used to it, but now I'm slowly loving it! Its my first time doing such striking colors!

NOW HERE'S HOW YOU CAN GET TO VELLUS HAIR STUDIO.
First you alight at Tanjong Pagar Train Station. Then you walk to exit A, go all the way up from the escalator.



After you've gone all the way up from the escalator, turn right and follow the path.



Then when you've walked out of the street, cross over and walk towards the blue building (Orchid Hotel).





After you've reached the blue building (Orchid Hotel), walk straight and turn left when you've reach the end of the pathway.



Then walk straight till you see this building, just keep walking straight till you see Vellus Hair Studio. The following pictures will tell you how to get there.
